Selectively Spiced Tea

 

Ingredients Required

  • 2 Cups full fat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mace trimmings

 

Procedure for Preparation

  • Add the water and milk and in a saucepan and put it to boil on a medium flame.
  • Add the mace trimmings and sugar and bring the ingredients of the pot to boil.
  • Reduce the flame to low and add the tea leaves.
  • Let your preparation simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes.
  • Strain and serve.
  • Mace adds a subtle, minty aftertaste to your tea and accentuates the sweetness. Sip on slowly to experience the magic.
