Selectively Spiced Tea
- 2 Cups full fat milk
- 1 cup water
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon tea leaves
- 1 tablespoon mace trimmings
Procedure for Preparation
- Add the water and milk and in a saucepan and put it to boil on a medium flame.
- Add the mace trimmings and sugar and bring the ingredients of the pot to boil.
- Reduce the flame to low and add the tea leaves.
- Let your preparation simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
- Mace adds a subtle, minty aftertaste to your tea and accentuates the sweetness. Sip on slowly to experience the magic.
