Vegan and Sugar-free - Cucumber and Mint Smoothie

vegan smoothie

Veganism is a lifestyle which strictly disapproves of any product, manufactured or natural, that incorporates the exploitation of animals, so to say a living being with a conscious. The term vegan was first used in 1944 by a group of outlaws from the Leicester Vegetarian Society. It was not until 1979 that the society became a registered organization. In the recent past it has gone onto become quite the phenomenon. Celebrities and commons alike have embraced veganism as a 2 fold path. The outright rejection of commodities incorporating animal exploitation is a strong argument. The other aspect is the health benefits of a completely plant based life.
